Among other skills Lynn has gained the specialised knowledge to prepare and assist communities and business affected by natural, man made and technological disasters and emergencies. This has given Lynn operational experience in two New Zealand Civil Defence emergencies. Plus through other assignments Lynn has visited many overseas community and business disasters after the event and learned what did and did not work over the long term for that community or business.
