The overriding philosophy has been of providing patients with quality care, where patients convenience and concerns are of utmost importance. The practice was one of the first to start up late night after hours surgery and bring to Auckland Nitrous Oxide sedation for the anxious patient. The practice has, from the outset, focused on dentistry for the whole family, taking on school children, and having a large orthodontic focus. In the early 1990s, two of Keiths daughters, Vikki and Deanna joined their father and have become widely known as "the dental family for your family". Having built up a very successful practice in Glen Eden, in 1996 the Ponsonby Branch was opened. This has enabled the practice to become accessible to a new patient base in the central city area. The two practices now comprise 7 dentists, 2 hygienists and a large support staff. All personnel are selected for their positive attitude, excellent ability, great people skills and empathy.
