The technique and style gained by learning these two disciplines is vital ground work for learning many other forms of dance. Preschool age students learn movement and rhythm in an imaginative and fun filled half hour class giving them a fantastic introduction into the creative world of dance and movement. This is further established in the school age dance classes, developing a versatile body memory of dance vocabulary, as well as the good posture, co-ordination and confidence necessary for so many facets in life. Classes are well structured and sizes limited to ensure that students get optimum benefit from their lesson time. Having a dedicated dance space with full facilities (specially constructed sprung floors,dressing rooms, reception studio viewing window) creates a family friendly and nurturing environment in which students can learn and grow.
