Generally this can take three to four weeks, over which time we remain available for you to contact us regarding any matter to do with the jewellery REMODELLING Often a diamond ring you have had for years no longer represents your personal style the way it did when you bought it. We all know that jewellery is sentimental and usually provides a connection with loved ones. Our Jewellers are skilled in helping you decide on an appropriate design that utilises the material from your existing ring and creates something that reflects the person you are today. AFTER-SALES SERVICE We recommend that all our customers utilise our free polishing and inspection service.
